Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electronic Technician to join their team. As a Technician, you will be part of the technical support department, supporting electrical and automation systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Technician

**Location:** Alcoa, TN

Pay Range: $35-45

**Shift:** Swing shift

What's the Job?

+ Perform PLC programming and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance

+ Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams accurately

+ Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime

+ Support ongoing projects related to electrical systems and automation

+ Work on a 12-hour alternating day schedule, capable of working day or night shifts

What's Needed?

+ Basic experience or willingness to learn electrical troubleshooting and PLC programming

+ Ability to read and understand electrical schematics

+ Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

+ Flexibility to work on a 2-2-3 or 5-2 schedule, including night shifts
