Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician – Chicago Heights, IL

**Pay Rate:** $37/hour

**Shift:** 1st Shift

**Employment Type:** Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Troubleshoot, inspect, install, and repair process line equipment

+ Perform regular preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, etc.) to reduce downtime

+ Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions

+ Conduct minor building maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs

+ Support new equipment installations

+ Follow safety procedures and potentially train other associates on maintenance best practices

What You’ll Need:

+ Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

+ Manual dexterity and proficiency with tools and equipment

+ Ability to work collaboratively with other team members

+ Solid understanding of safety protocols
