    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Performance Marketing & Paid Media to lead our clients digital acquisition efforts across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a growth-minded leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving measurable results through customer-centric marketing strategies.

     

    You will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns, analyzing market dynamics and competitive positioning, and optimizing performance across platforms to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategy & Leadership

     

    + Develop and own the paid media strategy across search, social, display, video, and emerging channels.

    + Translate business objectives into performance marketing goals and KPIs.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, analytics, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.

     

    Execution & Optimization

     

    + Lead hands-on campaign execution (“hands on keyboard”) across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic.

    + Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing.

    + Continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and LTV.

     

    Analytics & Insights

     

    + Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

    + Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to inform strategy.

    + Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and improve customer acquisition funnels.

     

    Team & Vendor Management

     

    + Manage internal team members and/or external agencies and vendors.

    + Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and performance excellence.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid media.

    + Proven track record of driving growth through digital acquisition strategies.

    + Deep expertise in campaign management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, etc.).

    + Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer behavior.

    + Experience managing budgets and delivering against aggressive growth targets.

    + Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
