Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Provide strategic financial recommendations to management to support business objectives.

• Collaborate with leadership to align financial planning with organizational goals.

• Oversee budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against targets.

• Maintain and improve internal financial controls and accounting processes.

• Conduct regular reviews of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, tax regulations, and reporting standards.

• Manage cash flow and forecast financial needs to support operational requirements.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create detailed financial models and reports.

• Lead and mentor the finance team to promote growth and efficiency.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.

• Proven expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements and modeling

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.

• Ability to provide actionable financial recommendations and bank relations.

• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and tax reporting requirements.

• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
