    Salary: $17.25/Hour Minimum

    per AGCEP Contract

    Report Times: 7:00am to 2:30pm

    Daily Hours: 7.5 (7 Paid)

     

    Work Year: 39 weeks

     

    Supervisor: Principal

     

    Civil Service Title: Office Clerk IV

    Minimum Requirements:

    Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma.

    Desired Qualifications:

    Typing/word processing skills;

     

    Strong computer knowledge;

     

    Experience with infinite campus or equivalent;

     

    Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents, use of Google Cloud;

     

    Strong interpersonal skills;

     

    Strong clerical and organizational skills;

     

    Must be flexible, responsible and dependable.

    Position Summary/Responsibilities:

    Manages Science equipment, chemicals and science labs;

     

    Ordering of science equipment;

     

    Setting up science labs in classrooms;

     

    Supporting teachers as necessary;

     

    Support unit offices when necessary;

     

    Assist with attendance office;

     

    Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
