Adecco is hiring for Mechanical Assembler for a client located in Janesville, WI. Hours are 8am-4:30PM Monday-Thursday with overtime on Friday. Pay is from $19-22/HR based on experience. This is a temp to hire role.
Job Duties Include:
• Review print package to understand scope of the project at hand.
• Inspect the material provided on the work order, as well as the work order itself, for correctness and conformance to the quality standards.
• Complete all electrical wiring using proper assembly methods, data obtained in the manufacturing procedures and good workmanship skills.
• Notify the area supervisor of any questionable situation or non-conforming parts, assembly or work encountered.
• Bend and install small conduit as required. Conduit sizes up to 1” required.
• Pull wires through the conduit and assemble connection including proper labeling.
• Ability to test and certify to Met Lab and UL standards
• Proficiency in bending any tube size, any length of run.
• Ability to perform Motor/Compressor Alignments, and interpret readings/measurements
• Proficiency in interpreting and vetting P&IDs and Mechanical Prints
• Identify suspect materials and rejected and report to area Team Lead or Supervisor
Qualifications Include:
-Previous blueprint reading experience
-Ability to read a tape measure
-HSD/GED required

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
