Now Hiring: Remote Oncology Triage Nurse (RN)

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote **Oncology Triage Nurse (RN)** to join our client, a leading healthcare solutions provider. In this role, you’ll provide telephonic triage services—assessing patient needs, documenting care, and ensuring patients receive appropriate, timely support. This is a remote role with robust training and the opportunity to grow into a long-term career in oncology care.

**Remote** (with required onsite training/meetings in The Woodlands, TX)

**Pay Rate** :$36- $39/hour (based on experience, education, and location)

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST

**Contract** : 6 months, with strong potential to convert to full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patient calls, identifying urgent needs and escalating appropriately.

• Document all patient care elements in the EHR with accuracy and compliance.

• Educate patients on conditions, treatments, and available resources.

• Collaborate with providers and care teams to deliver high-quality care.

• Recognize and address the physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives supporting the US Oncology Compliance Program.

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted RN license in Texas or another compact state (additional licenses may be required).

Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 recent years in oncology.

Reliable high-speed internet connection.

Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or willingness to obtain within 1 year.

Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth tools.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Willingness to attend onsite meetings/training in The Woodlands, TX.

**Pay Details:** $39.00 per hour
