    Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting for a **Clinical Admin Coordinator** . This is a remote/telecommute opportunity. Please review the details below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

     

    **Pay:** $16.44 per hour

    **Type:** Two-month contract with opportunity for extension or full time offer

    **Schedule:** Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Support the successful implementation and execution of all Care Management and processes.

    • The Care Team Associate will provide support to the care management case management staff to include CM manager, CM Director, and CM Vice President to ensure applicable program processes and operational responsibilities are met.

    • Positions in this function includes those responsible for supporting UIA, Prior Auth, and Facility Care Model team in correspondence, managing fax and task ques, and uploading medical records to member charts in TruCare.

    • Provides clerical and / or administrative support to clinical staff and managers for special projects and reporting needs.

    • This role directly impacts timely case reviews.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required

    • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

    • Experience in a healthcare, case management, or clinical support role preferred

    • Strong organizational and communication skills
