Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Responsible to conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems
+ Perform duties in electrical, painting, carpentry, and plumbing
+ Respond to emergency maintenance requests
+ Responsible for maintaining accurate records of activities, supplies, and repairs
Qualifications:
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues
+ Commercial electrical experience needed
+ Must be able to work with all levels of management
+ Must have knowledge with automatic conveyor maintenance

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
