Job Description
As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing yield rates and overall equipment efficiency (OEE). You will lead process improvements and manage a team, both directly and indirectly, with a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities
+ Optimize yield rates to enhance production efficiency.
+ Improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE) through effective process improvements.
+ Lead and manage a team of 18 direct and indirect reports.
+ Engage in hands-on activities to support team and equipment reliability.
+ Implement statistical process control methods to maintain high standards in semiconductor production.
Essential Skills
+ Extensive experience in the semiconductor industry.
+ Proficiency in statistical process control and equipment reliability.
+ Proven prior management experience in leading a sizable team.
+ In-depth knowledge of semiconductor processes and equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with ASM E2, ASM E2000, Amat Centura Pronto, and LPE equipment.
Work Environment
The role involves working with advanced semiconductor technologies and equipment. The position requires both managerial oversight and hands-on involvement, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Richardson, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, etc.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Richardson,TX.
