Job Title: Specimen ProcessorJob Description
As a Specimen Processor, you will be responsible for pulling samples for a variety of customers, picking them, and ensuring they are scanned and registered into the system accurately.
Responsibilities
+ Pull and prepare samples for various customers.
+ Scan and register samples into the system.
+ Perform data entry related to specimen processing.
+ Pick, pack, and label orders accurately.
+ Maintain inventory control and ensure quality control standards are met.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in specimen processing, data entry, and inventory control.
+ Proficiency in picking, packing, and scanning orders.
+ Strong attention to detail and quality control.
+ High School diploma required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with logistics and registration processes.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment
The work environment includes opportunities in logistics with 1 day shift and 4 night shifts available, and in registration with 1 day shift and 4 second shifts available. Employees are provided with a full gym, cafeteria, and engaging team-building activities such as food trucks and sundae days. The dress code requires that nails do not protrude through latex gloves, and attire must be non-controversial with long pants and closed-toe shoes. Lab coats are worn over clothing in the lab. Health and safety considerations are important, and attire such as yoga pants and leggings may soon be prohibited.

This is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
