    Job Title: Survey CAD Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Survey CAD Technician with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. This role involves supporting residential and commercial survey projects primarily based in New Jersey. You will be engaged in various types of surveys, including title surveys, route surveys, construction layout, tax maps, and boundaries.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform title surveys, route surveys, and construction layouts.

    + Develop tax maps and define boundaries.

    + Support the design aspect of residential and commercial survey projects.

    + Utilize surveying and design software to complete tasks efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in land surveying and topography.

    + Experience with topographic surveys and design.

    + Familiarity with Carlson Survey and boundary survey software.

    + Competence in route surveying.

    + Strong skills in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Prior construction layout or field experience is preferred.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Butler, New Jersey.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
