**Location:** Ypsilanit, MI
**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Weekends Required)
**Pay Rate:** $ 18.00/hour
Overview:
We’re seeking detail-oriented **Operations Clerks** to join our team onsite. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recording shipping and receiving information, performing hands-on inventory control tasks, and supporting administrative functions. Full training is provided—no prior experience required!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Accurately enter part numbers, supplier info, and other data into inventory systems
+ Perform data entry and clerical tasks using established computer programs
+ Process shipping/receiving documents and update bill of lading information
+ Dispatch orders and generate tags for part selection
+ Handle claims for misdirected parts and update claim records
+ Conduct quality control checks for supplier compliance
Requirements:
+ Flexible availability including weekends and overtime
+ Experience with Microsoft Office
+ Prior clerical or data entry experience required
+ Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods
**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
