    Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Cleanroom Technician, where you will play an integral role in ensuring the quality of our products. You will work on the third shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday. This contract position lasts 3-4 months, with the opportunity for permanent placement based on performance.

    Responsibilities

    + Monitor product quality, communicate, document, and react to problems.

    + Follow quality reaction procedures.

    + Routinely select unbiased FQA and customer samples as directed by the shift lead.

    + Perform customer-specific packing procedures and ensure the product meets customer criteria.

    + Maintain a clean packing area daily.

    + Assist in preparing machines and machine areas for job changes.

    + Efficiently use non-productive time to meet department needs, including re-inspecting product and preparing packaging materials.

    + Demonstrate basic understanding of AIS, including sample collection and clearing jams.

    + Follow cGMP guidelines.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in cleanroom, packing, inspection, and production packing.

    + Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent is required.

    + Previous work experience in a manufacturing or quality environment is preferred.

    + Previous packing or production experience is preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    You will work in a cleanroom environment where strict cleanliness protocols are observed. Hair nets, beard nets, lab coats, and booties must be worn at all times. The team consists of approximately 30 other vial room packers.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
