Job Title: Construction Laborer
Job Description
The Maintenance Engineer will perform general labor tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the facility. This includes greasing and oiling conveyors, cleaning spoils, and maintaining material piles in their correct locations. The role requires operating a 5-yard bucket loader and performing basic preventative maintenance, such as keeping conveyor belts greased and filters clean. Lockout tagout procedures are sometimes necessary, and safety is a mandatory expectation. This entry-level position offers the opportunity for rapid advancement to lead roles.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain cleanliness of facility and working areas.
+ Ensure all conveyors are greased and oiled regularly.
+ Clean up spoils and ensure material piles are correctly stocked.
+ Operate a 5-yard bucket loader for material handling.
+ Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
+ Conduct lockout tagout when working on equipment.
+ Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Essential Skills
+ Troubleshooting
+ Preventive maintenance
+ Experience in construction, landscaping, or farming
+ Ability to lift 50-75 lbs independently
+ 1+ years of outside working experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Loader and/or skid steer experience
+ OSHA Training

Work Environment
Work in an outdoor environment exposed to the diverse weather conditions of Indiana, ranging from hot summers to cold winters. The work setting can be dirty and dusty at times, requiring resilience and adaptability.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mooresville, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
