    Semiconductor Manufacturing Operator

    • **Location:** Breinigsville, PA

    • **Job Type:** Contract-to-Hire

    • **Pay:** $22–$28/hour

    • **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am)

    • **Shift Differential:** +5% for day shift / +15% for night shift

    • **Guaranteed Overtime:** 8 hours every other week

     

    About the Role

     

    Join a cutting-edge cleanroom fabrication team where precision meets innovation. As a Semiconductor Manufacturing Operator, you’ll play a key role in operating advanced semiconductor-processing equipment to meet daily production goals. This is a hands-on position in a cleanroom environment, ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-tech settings.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate manual and computer-controlled equipment for wafer and optical component processing.

    + Set up and maintain complex equipment used in photolithography, pattern transfer, substrate cleaning, and metrology.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality targets.

    + Use software tools to monitor performance and make adjustments to optimize productivity.

    + Follow strict quality management protocols and report any issues.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

    + Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Experience with microscopes and electronics assembly.

    + Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word.

    + Manual dexterity and ability to operate complex equipment.

    + Ability to lift and carry light items and stand/sit for extended periods (3–5 hours).

    + Previous cleanroom manufacturing experience preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    + Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

    Cleanroom Environment

     

    You’ll be working in a state-of-the-art cleanroom facility, wearing a full-body cleanroom suit (“bunnysuit”) and handling chemicals with proper PPE. This environment is designed for safety, precision, and high-tech manufacturing excellence.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15/hr.
