Job Title: CNC Programmer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with experience in using Mastercam software to create molds, which can be as large as 10 feet long. The role involves programming for approximately 30 hours a week, with additional responsibilities in assisting setups and potentially running the machines. You will be working in a well-equipped shop with 3-4 Haas mills, 2 Swiss Tsugamis, and 1 lathe. Flexibility in helping out where needed is essential. You will have a dedicated workspace alongside one other programmer.

Responsibilities

+ Program using Mastercam software to create molds.

+ Assist with machine setups and potentially operate machines.

+ Maintain flexibility to support various shop areas as needed.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of programming CNC machines.

+ 2+ years of experience with Mastercam.

+ Proficiency in CNC programming.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience running, setting up, and programming CNC machines is a plus.

+ Familiarity with other software, although Mastercam experience is the most applicable.
