Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead and enhance a pivotal plant. This role is ideal for an individual with extensive experience who can inspire and coach a top-tier team, ensuring that the plant operates at peak efficiency. The primary objective is to maintain and amplify the existing team and processes while overseeing growth projects and new line installations.
Responsibilities
+ Plan, direct, and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance and repair activities.
+ Oversee maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment.
+ Collaborate with the Production Manager to schedule preventative maintenance activities.
+ Build and lead world-class mechanical and preventative maintenance teams.
+ Oversee the activities of the maintenance department and outside contractors.
+ Ensure customer deadlines are met by interfacing with other organizational departments.
+ Hire, train, coach, and review performance of employees, addressing HR-related issues as necessary.
+ Oversee safety team activities and enforce safety requirements.
+ Develop and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
+ Analyze and resolve work problems, assisting workers as needed.
+ Maintain time and maintenance records.
+ Develop capital equipment justifications for machine tools and process technology improvements.
+ Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials.
Essential Skills
+ 10+ years of electrical maintenance experience in aseptic, water, milk, beverage, or bottling environments.
+ 5+ years of experience in Maintenance Management.
+ High-level hands-on maintenance experience in automated and electrical maintenance.
+ Experience managing capital expenditure projects and budgeting.
+ Proven ability to train and manage employees across all levels.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Siemens controls.
+ Familiarity with Krones, Sidel, Husky, KHS, and Tech Long machinery specific to aseptic and bottling manufacturing.

Work Environment
This position operates in a 24/7 facility with a base day shift starting at 6 or 7 AM. As a salaried position, flexibility in work hours is expected. The role involves managing a team of one Supervisor and 6-8 Sr. Maintenance Techs, covering the entire Aseptic side of a large and expanding plant.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Temple, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $141000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
