    Job Title: Screen Printing Machine Operator

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic apparel printing company as a Production Screen Printing Press Operator. This first shift role offers the opportunity to work with well-known brands such as Disney and Marvel, ensuring high-quality printed garments. The position requires expertise in operating screen-printing machines, preparing screens, mixing inks, and maintaining quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate screen-printing machines to produce high-quality printed garments.

    + Prepare screens and mix inks for printing.

    + Set up and operate screen printing machines efficiently.

    + Load and unload garments onto printing equipment.

    + Adjust machine settings to meet job specifications.

    + Monitor machine operation to detect and resolve issues.

    + Ensure all prints meet company standards for quality and accuracy.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 2 years of experience as a Screen Print Operator.

    + Proficiency in setting up and operating screen printing machines.

    + Capability to adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues.

    + Experience in document control and general labor.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to troubleshoot and maintain screen printing equipment.

    + Experience training others to operate screen printing equipment.

    + Experience documenting work within Microsoft.

    The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $47840.00/yr.
