    2nd Shift Laser Operator – Up to $28/hr

     

    _Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Enjoy a 4-day workweek!)_

We’re hiring a **Laser Operator** for 2nd shift to run Mitsubishi Laser cutting machines and support multiple departments through cross-training. If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to grow, this is the role for you.

    Responsibilities

    Laser Operations

    + Set up, operate, and program Mitsubishi Laser machines

    + Nest parts efficiently for production runs

    + Load towers and monitor cut conditions to ensure quality output

    Cross-Training & Support

    + Assist with brake press, punch press, welding, grinding, and shipping/receiving

    + Load and unload trucks; stage materials for production

    Maintenance & Safety

    + Maintain clean and safe workstations

    + Properly remove and dispose of scrap materials

    Qualifications

    + Experience with laser cutting equipment (preferred)

    + Willingness to cross-train across departments

    + Ability to lift and move materials safely

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
