Description
seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Lead to oversee evening shift operations. This role is critical to maintaining efficient material handling, site coordination, and contractor management. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and capable of leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and perform physical tasks such as hand-sorting materials and general cleanup activities.
Serve as the primary liaison between site management and contractors to receive and relay daily operational instructions.
Coordinate job tasks and ensure smooth execution of warehouse activities.
Train and onboard new contractors, ensuring they understand site protocols and job duties.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company standards.
Support weekend operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in warehouse operations or recycling environments preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours, including weekends.
Comfortable with physical labor and working in an industrial setting.
Experience training or mentoring team members is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
