    Position Overview

    High Access LLC / Central Window Cleaning is seeking a motivated Field Supervisor to help lead our growing team. This unique role combines leadership, training, quality control, sales, and hands-on work. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride in driving both team success and business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Training

     

    + Check in daily with field technicians to provide guidance, resolve issues, and track performance.

    + Host weekly team meetings to review goals, deliver training, and build team culture.

    + Ensure quality control on job sites, upholding company standards.

    + Mentor and coach technicians in safety, customer service, and skill development.

     

    Sales & Business Development

     

    + Conduct site visits and prepare estimates for new and existing clients.

    + Submit competitive bids for commercial projects and local business opportunities.

    + Build strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

     

    Hands-On Field Work

     

    + Step in to perform window cleaning services when needed to support client demand.

    + Model safe practices and uphold company quality expectations on every job.

    Qualifications

    + Proven leadership or supervisory experience (field services preferred).

    + Strong sales ability and customer service skills.

    + Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal oversight.

    + Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    + Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

    + Physically able to perform window cleaning tasks, including ladder work.

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
