    Job Title: Field Sales Representative

    Job Description

    The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, building strong relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes training clients on the use of our products and services, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Account Coordinator will conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated with industry trends.

    Responsibilities

    + Generate sales and achieve sales targets.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

    + Provide excellent customer service.

    + Train clients on the use of products and services.

    + Maintain accurate customer records.

    + Conduct market research to identify potential clients.

    + Stay updated with industry trends.

    Essential Skills

    + Sales skills with experience in generating sales and achieving targets.

    + Customer service and communication skills necessary to build and maintain strong client relationships.

    + Interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

    + Experience in training clients on product usage.

    + Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The Field Sales Representative will work onsite, where they will engage directly with clients and team members in a collaborative environment.

    This is a Permanent position based out of West Memphis, Arkansas.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
