    One of the globally recognized Wholesale companies headquartered in Issaquah, WA, is currently hiring for an Accounts Payable Analyst. This role is 100% onsite from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST. The main functions of this role are to do a 3-way match with customs invoices to make sure they all align with the correct payment. This role will perform monthly auditing of customs documentation/invoices and use VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to sort data.

     

    Pay: $27/hr. - $28/hr. (depending on overall consideration, meeting qualifications below)

     

    Shift: Standard Morning Shift (Monday - Friday) - 100% onsite 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST

     

    Contract Duration: 3-Month To Start (high potential for extension)

    (Key responsibilities)

    + Perform a three-way match with customs invoices to ensure correct payment alignment.

    + Conduct monthly audits of customs documentation and invoices.

    + Utilize vlookup and pivot tables to sort and analyze data.

    + Maintain accurate records through data entry.

    + Collaborate with the team to manage purchasing and invoice processes.

    (Job Requirements)

    *Must reside in WA as this role is Onsite in Issaquah, WA*

    + SAP (Required).

    + Accounting Degree (Required).

    + 2+ years of relevant experience.

    + Experience handling Reconciliations.

    + Experience handling dated invoices.

    + Comfortable handling large amounts of data.

    + Proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs).

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
