    Job Duties and Responsibilities

     

    Are you passionate about helping others and solving puzzles? Our Sales Operations Compensation team is looking for a dedicated and friendly Business Operations Analyst to ensure our valued sales partners are paid accurately and on time. You'll be a trusted point of contact for our Wireless retailers, providing them with outstanding support and turning complex questions into clear, simple solutions.

     

    In this role, you will be a key advocate for our partners, investigating payment inquiries, building strong relationships, and making sure their experience with us is a positive one.     What You'll Do:

    + **Be a Problem-Solver for Our Partners:** Serve as the main point of contact for our internal teams and external retail partners, professionally investigating and resolving their payment questions and concerns.

    + **Investigate and Find Solutions:** Use your curiosity and our business tools to get to the root of complex issues, ensuring every partner inquiry is handled with care and accuracy.

    + **Communicate with Clarity and Empathy:** Build strong, positive relationships by communicating clearly with partners and internal teams, managing expectations, and providing timely updates.

    + **Improve the Partner Experience:** Proactively identify opportunities to make our processes better. You’ll help implement improvements that make our systems more efficient and easier for our partners to work with.

    + **Use Data to Help People:** Analyze information to spot trends and understand the cause of payment issues, helping us prevent problems before they happen and providing recommendations for improvement.

    + **Collaborate for Success:** Work closely with colleagues and teams across the company on projects aimed at enhancing our payment processes and supporting key sales initiatives.

    + **Ensure Accuracy and Timeliness:** Manage the essential daily, weekly, and monthly tasks that keep our commission payment schedule on track and meet compliance standards.

    What You'll Bring:

    + A passion for providing excellent customer service and a talent for solving ambiguous problems.

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple, easy-to-understand way.

    + A strong commitment to accuracy and a keen eye for detail—you believe in getting it right.

    + The ability to learn new systems quickly, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    + A self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership of your work and see it through to completion.

    + Proficiency with Google Suite or similar office software.

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 2+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing, operations, or analytical role.

    + Comfort working with data to find answers is a must; experience with tools like SQL or Tableau is a plus, but not a requirement.

     

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, OR 2+ years of relevant work experience

    + Experience with SQL

    + Experience with Tableau

    + Experience using AI

    Skills and Qualifications:

    + Proficiency with Google Suite or similar office software

    Salary Ranges

     

    Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $75,000.00/Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.

     

    Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
