A typical day in the life of a Patient Services Associate will include the following: The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Handles 25–50 inbound calls/day related to re-enrollment and reverification Outbound calls to providers/payers to verify benefits and gather missing intake information Documents coverage details in Summary of Benefits (shared with patients/providers as needed) Updates case notes in Lynk system to reflect status and actions taken Mix of patient and provider calls

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
