    Position Summary:

    Responsible for performing administrative and operational tasks in the Transportation Department.

    Main Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

    • Update Wash Control sheet daily

    • Take weekly truck mileage readings

    • Conduct daily yard inventory at 12:00am

    • Prepare monthly truck and refrigerator inspection logbooks

    • Enter credits into the portal daily.

    • Process invoicing daily.

    • Take dock refrigerator temperatures every 2 hours daily.

    • Weekly temperature readings

    • Print route manifests daily

    • Enter manifest data into the system daily

    • Prepare and send KPI reports weekly

    • Post DOT sheet daily

    • Prepare documentation for drivers on the road daily

    • Post staff sheet at the center daily

    • Prepare and post staff sheet at the center daily

    • Process Data Entry and Reporting

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Must be 18 years of age

    • Drivers License

    • 2-3 years of administrative operational tasks experience

    • Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if necessary

    • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

    • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Experience working in a distribution/logistics/manufacturing environment

    • Electric Pallet Jack and Forklift operations knowledge
