Position Overview

We are hiring 5 seasonal technical support professionals to assist customers during our peak tax season. These roles are ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills and a technical aptitude gained through education, internships, or prior experience.

Open Roles️ Technical Support

+ Support customers remotely with software installations and data imports

+ Troubleshoot installation issues and guide users through setup

+ Requires 6+ months of IT experience

Web Chat/Phone Support

+ Assist customers post-installation with technical issues

+ Provide support via live chat and phone

+ Troubleshoot data import errors and escalate complex issues

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide walkthroughs for account creation, login assistance, and software usage

+ Troubleshoot technical issues and document interactions in Salesforce

+ Install/uninstall software components as needed

+ Research and interpret errors for proper escalation

+ Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution

+ Collaborate with mid-level support staff to resolve complex issues

Required Skills

+ Strong phone troubleshooting and customer service skills

+ Experience with technical software support

+ Proficiency in Salesforce documentation

+ Familiarity with Windows OS and proprietary software

+ Help desk or service desk experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
