Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot Microservices J2EE and AWS IoT. Experience in Telecom and Billing & Revenue Management is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a day shift environment without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain scalable applications using Spring Boot and Microservices to enhance system performance and reliability.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust J2EE solutions that meet business requirements.

+ Integrate AWS IoT services to enable seamless connectivity and data exchange across platforms.

+ Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards are maintained.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.

+ Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

+ Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.

+ Document technical specifications and system designs to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.

+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.

+ Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.

+ Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.

+ Contribute to the company's mission by delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

+ Possess a strong understanding of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

+ Demonstrate proficiency in J2EE development and related frameworks.

+ Have hands-on experience with AWS IoT and cloud-based solutions.

+ Exhibit knowledge of Telecom and Billing & Revenue Management domains is advantageous.

+ Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

+ Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
