Job Description
LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Help Desk/Support Analyst (Level 1) for a role with a client of ours based in St. Louis.

The Support Analyst is responsible for on-site and remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of company solutions, including hardware, software, IOS, and WIN11 operating systems. This position will be required to maintain documentation of equipment (additions, moves, deletions) per the user guidelines. This position is the primary point of contact between IT and the user base for IT Support related issues.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
+ Troubleshooting and fixing laptop computers, printers, phone systems, iPad, and wireless phone problems
+ Software installation and troubleshooting
+ Provide technical support for hardware issues to a remote population of employees
+ Set up new staff accounts (Laptop, iPad, printers, phone, etc.)
+ Set up new hardware and software to our configuration standards (includes wiping laptops and reinstalling OS and key software and configuring to company specs)
+ Maintain connectivity and performance of the Local Area Network (LAN)
+ Manage monitoring and support systems
+ Manage backup system: restored data as required by staff requests, and review log files
+ Solid experience in Windows OS and IOS support
+ Ability to diagnose and resolve product performance problems
+ Good customer relationship skills – the ability to communicate with staff
+ Maintain accurate asset tracking, support ticketing, and maintenance schedules of laptops, and iPads
+ Ensure security software and best practices are in practice among users
+ Prepare, maintain, track, distribute, and set up iPad and laptop computers and their operating systems and applications
+ Maintain a backup system on local and remote user laptops/iPads
+ Ability to document technical solutions for user understanding
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma required
+ Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience/certifications
+ Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Informational Technology, Project Management or Data Analysis
+ Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
+ Working knowledge of Smartphone (IOS and Android) device setup, troubleshooting, upgrading, etc.
+ Ability to document procedures
+ A basic understanding of Networking
+ Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
+ Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
The base range for this contract position is $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
