    Director of Rehabilitation – Columbia, SC

     

    We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy services team in Columbia, SC. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with strong clinical expertise and proven management experience.

    Responsibilities:

    + Oversee daily operations of rehab services (PT, OT, SLP)

    + Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory guidelines

    + Support and mentor therapy staff to promote professional growth

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

    + Monitor performance metrics and drive quality improvement initiatives

    Qualifications:

    + Active state license as PT, OT, or SLP

    + Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting

    + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Valid professional license in the state of practice

    • Graduate of an accredited school. If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to that discipline's entry level education in the U.S. by a credential’s evaluation approved organization
