Implementation Change Manager

+ Manage project requirements, coordinate resources, and ensure timely execution of projects while providing technical support to both internal and external stakeholders
+ Serve as a Quality Assurance agent in respect to maintaining project oversight and reporting
+ Work with Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to coordinate personnel to complete tasks
+ Work with Systems Engineer and customer to determine technical requirements and artifacts, develop change vehicles, and oversee technical implementation activities
+ Coordinate resources necessary to install, upgrade, and maintain technology and IT infrastructure
+ Apply organizational processes to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
+ Provide IPT technical leadership for internal and external review and approval boards
+ Track and manage technical data and fulfill reporting requirements
+ Support management with the tracking of quality assurance metrics for adherence to organizational targets, and elevate issues, when necessary
+ Report quality assurance findings for formal corrective action plans in support of functional areas
+ Communicate effectively and multitask in a dynamic environment
+ Work independently and in teams to solve complex problems with minimal supervision
+ Communicate situational awareness to management in a concise and professional manner
+ Mentor team members to promote technical growth
+ Promote a positive work environment
+ Prioritize tasks and time management
+ Work well under pressure
+ Display a strong, functional knowledge of the position and IT Enterprise processes

Requirements
Education/Training:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or technical discipline preferred
Experience:
+ 2+ years of professional experience in an IT-related field
+ A demonstrated ability to understand networking design, facility power design drawings and IT infrastructure solutions
+ A demonstrated understanding of performance planning, implementing, de-conflicting and managing of information technology (IT) and infrastructure projects
+ Demonstrated ability to plan and manage complex resources against constraints
+ A strong understanding of MS Office applications (including Visio)
Preferred Experience:
+ A demonstrated understanding of the project management lifecycle and related processes
+ A demonstrated understanding of traditional systems engineering skills and knowledge, requirements derivation and the development and use of requirements traceability matrixes
+ Familiarity with IT concepts and their supporting infrastructure (i.e. communication networks, computer and networking hardware, cable installations, etc.)
+ A strong understanding of MS Office applications (including Project)
+ An understanding of Remedy, Bentley and Planet systems
+ A demonstrated record of proactively achieving organizational goals and objectives
Security:
+ Must be a US citizen
+ Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
+ Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
+ Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
+ Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
+ Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $85,000 - 93,000
Salary rates for this position are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
