    What you’ll do:

    + Act as a primary technical contact and escalation point within Shared Services for internal stakeholders and customers, focusing on SSO/SCIM, workspace migrations, webhooks, and frontend performance checks.

    + Triage and resolve medium-complexity technical issues; reproduce problems, perform root-cause analysis, and implement workarounds or relay requests to Product & Engineering.

    + Execute and coordinate workspace migrations and configuration tasks, validating integrity and data consistency before and after migration.

    + Help clients to implement, test, and troubleshoot SSO and SCIM integrations, working with identity providers and customer administrators.

    + Develop, validate, and troubleshoot webhooks and REST API integrations, and perform frontend troubleshooting.

    + Maintain runbooks, checklists, and knowledge base articles to improve speed and consistency of support across the global team.

    + Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to relay customer feedback, suggest product improvements, and ensure smooth handoffs for complex issues.

    + Continuously refine support processes to improve response times and resource allocation within Shared Services

    What you will bring:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

    + 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Support, with a focus on working with Enterprise customers.

    + Expertise in authentication and authorization concepts, cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and integration technologies (e.g. APIs, web hooks, and iPaaS solutions) is highly desirable. Knowledge in Enterprise Architecture is a plus.

    + Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to manage complexities.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

    + Proven track record of leading technical discussions with customers, fostering trust, and driving customer satisfaction.

    + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-impact tasks, projects, and customer engagements.

    + Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed

    **Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 82000 - 139400(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
