Compensation $89,000 - $107,000 + Annual Bonus

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director, Last Mile Finance, the **Senior Financial Analyst, Last Mile Finance,** will assist with financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive company performance within the Refill and Filtration businesses. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.

+ Assure data integrity and continuity across financial and operational systems

+ Support the monthly and quarterly financial close process, ensuring accurate reporting of financial results.

+ Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.

+ Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.

+ Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support business decisions.

+ Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance.

+ Consult and influence Operations partners regarding financial performance, illustrating connection between operating decisions and financial results

+ Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast and prepare variance analysis reports.

+ Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed.

Qualifications

+ BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field of study require

+ 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within an FP&A or similar finance function

+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

+ Proficiency in or working knowledge of SQL as will be used daily

+ Experience with financial reporting tools or ERP systems is a plus

+ Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

+ Familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling techniques

+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

+ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
