CTG is seeking to fill an Endpoint Coordinator for our client in Rochester, MN.
Job Summary:
Endpoint Coordinators act as the primary customer liaison for all moves, adds, and change requests to the workstation environment.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate the ordering, configuration, installation, and removal of all computers, printers, copiers, and related peripheral equipment.
+ Work directly with customers to evaluate needs for new service requests, preferred device configurations, product inquiries, and order changes or cancellations.
+ Gather, document, and evaluate specific customer requirements to ensure product orders are accurate, complete, and aligned with customer needs.
+ Order electronic equipment, troubleshoot any ordering issues, and collaborate with senior staff and/or Supply Chain Management to resolve issues while keeping customers updated.
+ Provide outstanding customer service through excellent interpersonal communication and effective time management in a team-based environment.
+ Apply project management skills to evaluate process improvement opportunities within the equipment order lifecycle, maintain thorough documentation, and clearly communicate workflows, procedures, and requirements to a diverse customer base.
Required Skills & Experience:
+ Excellent computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong understanding of computer-related terminology (CPU, Internet, Networking, Client/Server, LAN/WAN, etc.) to evaluate requests and match needs with IT solutions.
+ Experience using ticket tracking software and related tools for documentation.
+ Flexibility with workloads to accommodate special projects, requests, and high-priority orders.
+ Working knowledge of PC and MAC computers, printers, scanners, and multifunction devices (hardware and software), as well as the ability to maintain tracking tools and documentation.
+ Ability to build and develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
Education:
+ High School diploma / GED with four (4) years of experience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service.OR
+ Associate’s degree with two (2) years of experience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service.OR
+ Bachelor’s degree with excellent computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $18.00 to $25.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
