Hybrid - 50% of the time in the office.

Locations: Calgary, Lake Forest OR Houston

Key Responsibilities - You will do:

+ Lead strategic planning and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives across global teams

+ Drive capacity planning and contribute to long-term team development strategies

+ Partner with senior stakeholders to align marketing programs with business objectives

+ Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring resource allocation and risk mitigation

+ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and interpretthis for the content production team

+ Troubleshoot stalled projects.Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigationstrategies.

+ Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement

+ Champion integration of AVEVA values and brand purpose into marketing initiatives

+ Maintain and update the content project management system

+ Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service

Qualifications & Skills - You will have:

+ 5+ years of experience in Marketing with 3+ years focusing on project management (experience with technology companies preferred).

+ Strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

+ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike).

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

+ Organized and a growth mindset
