• Corporate Strategy Associate

    As a Corporate Strategy Associate at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in helping to drive Honeywell's corporate strategy and strategic planning initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. Your strong analytical skills, experience in business and market analysis, and ability to synthesize a wide range of analyses into strategic guidance will be essential in contributing to the growth and success of Honeywell. You will be part of the broader Corporate Strategy team and work out of our Charlotte, NC, location on a hybrid work schedule. For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

     

    In this role, you will have a high degree of impact and gain broad experience in strategic analysis, short and long-term strategic planning, strategy execution, strategic portfolio management, performance monitoring, risk management, stakeholder engagement, decision support, innovation, and communication. You will be a team player in a fast-paced and growing team playing a key role in a pivotal moment of the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and implement strategic plans

    + Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives

    + Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership

    + Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape

    + Lead and mentor junior members of the Corporate Strategy team

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 2+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business development, or related roles

    + Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

    + Previous consulting experience a plus

    + Experience in strategic planning in a global organization

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

    + Curiosity and eagerness to learn

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PPT, etc)
