The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for signal generators throughout the manufacturing process, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve production issues and improve testing procedures. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment! Manufacturing Technician Responsibilities: * Provide technical support across the manufacturing process from product conception to final production. * Troubleshoot signal generators down to the component level. * Interface and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and production partners. * Implement and execute engineering-developed processes, offering constructive feedback. * Lead communication and provide daily updates to the team on production activities. * Manage and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide feedback to engineering. * Participate in new project launches, product transfers, and product meetings. Manufacturing Technician Qualifications: * 3 to 5 years of experience working successfully with engineering teams throughout the manufacturing process. * Higher education or specialized training/certification in electronics or equivalent. * Hands-on assembly experience. * ITAR clearance. * Ability to troubleshoot down to the component level. * Knowledge and experience in developing, writing, and implementing test software code. * Extensive knowledge of operation, troubleshooting, and remote control of test and measurement equipment. * Solid understanding of analog and digital circuits and theory. * Understanding of the product lifecycle. * Technical knowledge and experience with RF and microwave systems.
