Job Description
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Cardiovascular Imaging Analyst to provide technical support and workflow optimization across a broad portfolio of cardiovascular imaging platforms. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting CVIS-related incidents, resolving HL7 and modality communication issues, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams for system maintenance and upgrades. A deep understanding of cardiovascular imaging systems such as ISCV, XIMS, CPACS, and their integration with Epic Cupid, PACS, and HL7/DICOM environments is essential for success in this role. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment, collaborating with clinical and technical teams, and supporting after-hours coverage and change control activities.

Skills and Requirements
• Experience supporting CVIS platforms, including:
• ISCV (IntelliSpace Cardiovascular)
• XIMS (Xper Information Management System)
• Change Healthcare CPACS
• Merge Hemo (Merative)
• GE Muse
• Familiarity with ancillary systems such as Paceart Optima, Butterfly IQ, BioTel, ScottCare, Lifenet, Evoke, AVW, AccuWin Pro, and Philips Patient Flow Performance Bridge
• Integration experience with PACS, Epic Cupid, and cardiovascular monitoring/reporting tools
• Proficiency in troubleshooting HL7 message issues, modality communication errors, and procedure mismatches
• Collaboration skills with clinical engineering, Epic Cupid/Radiant teams, and enterprise IT
• Workflow expertise in Corporate ID assignment and patient matching across platforms
• Vendor coordination for patching, upgrades, and performance reviews
• Availability for after-hours support and participation in change control activities
• Technical proficiency across Windows, Linux, SQL, HL7, and DICOM environments
• Tier 2/3 support capabilities for ISCV, Xper, CPACS, and related systems • Experience with Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Familiarity with Modality Worklist (MWL) and Modality Performed Procedure Step (MPPS) configuration
• Prior involvement in Epic Cupid alignment and transition planning
• Participation in Major Incident Management (MIM) processes
