Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or STEM field from ABET accredited institution
- 3+ years of experience working with Quality Standards such as ISO9001, AS9100, ISO1400
- 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; developing conclusions
- 3+ years of experience working with Quality and/or Safety Corrective Action/Preventive Action, Root Cause Analysis - 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and experience in supplier audits (e.g., FMEA, system, product, and process audit assessment)
- Experience with utilizing analytic skills: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
- Experience in various quality tools and processes such as inspection plans, control plans, and measurement system analysis (MSA)
- Experience with Statistical Product Acceptance and review of supplier statistical plans
- Experience with Engineering Process Improvement Methods: knowledge of producibility and process improvement methodologies (e.g., statistical process control (SPC), 6-Sigma)
- Ability to present technical findings to various levels of leadership
