Job Description

We’re looking for an ERP Lead to own and advance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). This is a permanent, hands-on role where you’ll serve as both architect and practitioner: designing solutions, configuring BC across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and project accounting, and guiding the system as the organization continues to grow.

You’ll report directly to the Director of Technology and work closely with leaders across the business, shaping processes through your expertise and servant leadership. The team works fast, collaborates across disciplines, and expects systems and people to scale together.

Act as the solution architect and hands-on owner of Business Central.

Configure BC to align with finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and project accounting processes.

Translate requirements into efficient, scalable solutions, prioritizing out-of-the-box functionality.

Direct light development efforts (AL, extensions) where configuration alone cannot deliver.

Document BC standards, configurations, and workflows for adoption, compliance, and audit.

Partner with stakeholders, influencing process design through expertise and collaboration.

Collaborate with the WEVR Solution Architect on integrations (MES, WEVR platform, Power Platform).

Train and support users to maximize adoption and effective use of BC.

Stay current on the BC product roadmap and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.

Contribute to longer-term ERP maturity, with potential to lead a small ERP/BC team as the organization scales.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Business Central (or NAV) solution design and implementation experience.

Proven ability to configure BC across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and project/project accounting.

Strong grasp of BC development concepts (AL, extensions) and ability to direct developers effectively.

Background in business process design, with emphasis on leveraging out-of-the-box ERP functionality.

Experience in high-growth or dynamic environments where systems evolve quickly.

Familiarity with compliance contexts (SOX ITGC, audit readiness).

Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and enable adoption.
