Job Description
One of our top property management and real estate clients is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Specialist that will supports the Senior Director of Marketing Activation & Optimization in the execution of campaigns and strategies within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The Marketing Manager will serve as a subject matter expert in marketing channels such as email and text/SMS. They will collaborate with operations/field/tech on implementing customer journeys across their entire lifecycle.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across channels including email, SMS and push notifications
• Serve as subject matter expert for Marketing Tech Stack
• Optimize campaigns by maintaining best practices across all channels
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns
• Project manages marketing requests, providing regular updates and reports
• Make recommendations to management regarding improvement and development of processes, metric visibility, and standard operating procedures within the Marketing Tech Stack
• Utilize reports and other tools to strengthen the partnership with market leadership and communicate opportunities of improvement
• Assist with copywriting or design on creative projects
• Support projects in support of brand and business needs

Skills and Requirements
•2+ years working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email studio, journey builder, interactive email, data modeling, and data extensions)
•2+ years in email marketing
•Must have demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with ability to review data, identify trends and present information to senior management
•Strong project management skills, ability to influence without direct authority
•Excellent relationship builder & interpersonal skills with collaborative team player mentality
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization
•Self-motivated and goal oriented – ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience in SMS/Text and push notification channels
• HTML experience
