    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Computer System Engineer that will administer all aspects of a distributed computer system supporting our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clients servers, maintaining their security and functionality, coordinating with ITS on system integration, and supporting cloud-based services. This includes planning and coordinating system utilization, upgrades, and security; performing growth analyses and capacity planning; and supporting clients MSSQL server environment, including its data warehouse and reporting services. This role requires independent decision-making on non-routine tasks, serving as a technical resource, and providing guidance to others on complex problems and processes. Salary for this position is $85,000.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

     

    At least three years of relevant experience. (Relevant experience may substitute for a degree.)

     

    Experience with MSSQL server administration, including data warehousing and SSRS.

     

    Familiarity with cloud-based integration, ETLs, and SSO.

     

    Proficiency with systems such as Intune, Visual SVN, IIS, or similar platforms.

     

    Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
