Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the editing team across multiple high-volume, fast-paced projects. This person will manage production workflows, content delivery, and coordination with internal editors and animation teams, operating with a high level of autonomy and minimal supervision. They consistently identify priorities, navigate internal systems efficiently, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep projects on track. Their ability to self-direct, stay organized, and troubleshoot independently makes them a dependable, low-touch resource who adds consistent value. In addition to driving projects to completion, they may also coordinate technical activities, present findings to clients, assess project feasibility, and support team development through recruitment and performance oversight.

Skills and Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager (4+ years preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Basic understanding of content editing tools, databases, and HTML tagging
• Experience in content production or editorial workflows
• Familiarity with tools like QuickBase, MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• PMI or PMP certification
