    Job Description

    The Financial Analyst is responsible for performing advanced operational and financial analysis, and building partnerships throughout the organization to maximize the business. The Analyst will help business leaders understand the impact of operational initiatives on profitability, volume and market share across multiple brands and locations. They will also partner with business leaders to create analysis, solve problems, and help drive decisions that add value. The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical ability and interpersonal skills such that their curiosity for the business will enable them to present the compelling story that underlies the numbers. Responsibilities include:

     

    • Analysis of operational results

    • Ad hoc analysis

    • Timely production of regular operational reporting

    • Have a curiosity for the business; understand the “why” behind the analysis

    • Budgeting and forecasting activities

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and events and how they relate to the business

    • Create Valuation and CapEx cash flow modeling (NPV and IRR)

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 0-3 years of experience in a financial analysis position or something relative

     

    - Bachelors of Science in Finance/Accounting or related field

     

    - Microsoft Office skills

     

    - Intermediate Excel skills

     

    - Ability to learn and understand concepts behind Financial modeling and data-driven operational analysis

     

    - Strong analytical skills to resolve complex issues

     

    - Ability to utilize multiple data systems in analysis and reporting

     

    - Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and teamwork skills

     

    - Ability to develop effective relationships and partner with senior executive team

     

    - Able to multi-task and change focus quickly

     

    - Strong personal motivation, attention to detail, and creative mindset - Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint

     

    - Experience with macros and complex formulas in Excel

     

    - OneStream, SQL, and/or Micro strategy experience
