Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of machinists and technicians

Optimize production workflows and ensure equipment performance

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to support new product development

Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency

Coordinate coverage and resources during upgrades and peak production periods

Salary range: 85-100k

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating Haas CNC machines in a high-precision environment

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., MasterCAM, Fusion 360)

• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming

• Project management experience

• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures, process deviations, and quality issues to identify and implement corrective actions
