    The role you'll contribute:

    Responsible for providing quality patient care within two or more medical imaging departments. This position performs high-quality images and exams while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs. This team member follows standards of safe radiation practice and acts as a clinical resource to unit personnel.

    The value you'll bring to the team:

    + Provides on-call coverage outside of standard hours as per department and facility policy.

    + Inputs charges and required data for procedures and supplies used during exams.

    + Completes necessary hospital and medical imaging paperwork for each exam performed.

    + Maintains technical operation of equipment, notifies service when necessary, and logs service calls or problems per department procedure.

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

    Required qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + 1 Work Experience

    + Registered Technologist - Vascular Sonography (RTVS) AHA Required

    + Registered Technologist - Sonography (RTS) AHA Required

    + ARRT - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ARRT-MR) Required or

    + Amer Reg Diag Med Sonography (ARDMS) Required or

    + Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Required or

    + Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Required or

    + Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) Required or

    + Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Required or

    + Registered Technologist - Vascular Sonography (RTVS) Required or

    + Registered Technologist - Sonography (RTS) Required or

    + Nuclear Medicine Technology (ARRT-N) Required or

    + Nuclear Medicine Technology Cert Board (NMTCB) Required

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Associate Preferred
