    Job Title: **Material Handler**

    Job Type: **Full time; Consultant** ( **6 months)**

    Pay Rate: **$ 16.75**

     

    Schedule: **1st Shift 7:30am-4pm**

    About the Role:

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a reliable and hardworking **Material Handler** to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment where you'll be responsible for loading, unloading, and organizing materials within a storage facility. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse while handling materials with precision and care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Load and unload materials within a warehouse or storage facility using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment.

    + Move materials to and from aircraft, trucks, or trains.

    + Maintain organization and proper storage of materials within the facility.

    + Follow established guidelines and instructions to perform tasks.

    + Ensure safety and compliance with all safety procedures while handling materials.

    + Report directly to the supervisor or manager and work under immediate supervision.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + High School Diploma (a plus).

    + Ability to lift and carry items over 30 lbs regularly.

    + Ability to work in an environment with potential exposure to machine, chemical, biological, or other physical risks.

    + Ability to follow established guidelines and work under supervision.

    Preferred:

    + 0-2 years of experience in a material handling or related field.

    + Familiarity with warehouse practices and procedures.

    **Pay Details:** $16.75 per hour
