    Join PDS Tech Commercial and take your career forward with hands-on training on world-class plastic production equipment. As a **Production Operator** , you’ll play a critical role in producing secure, accurate financial products that millions of people rely on daily.

    Shift & Pay

    + Pay: $19/hr

    + Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate production machines to generate personalized credit and debit cards.

    + Adapt quickly to production volume changes and multitask under pressure.

    + Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy against job orders.

    + Stage and prepare materials for warehouse pickup after runs.

    + Cross-train across departments to support shifting workloads.

    What You’ll Need to Have

    + Basic computer/data entry skills.

    + Proficiency in written and spoken English.

    + Strong basic math skills.

    + Physical ability to stand for 95% of the shift and safely lift up to 40 lbs.

    + Comfort with frequent reaching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and bending.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + High school diploma, equivalent, or a blend of work, education, or military experience.

    + At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment.

    + Prior experience operating production machinery.

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
