Job Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Build automation solutions through collaboration with key stakeholders, utilizing advanced analytics, ML & AI as appropriate.

+ Drive expansion of the Global Parts Pricing automation portfolio.

+ Provide deep expertise in dealer transaction price data and analysis. Lead data quality initiatives, drive alignment with data and business partners.

+ Support high priority and short fuse requests in the pricing analytics space in support of executive leadership.

+ **Effective Communications:** Understand effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Communicates well downward, upward, and outward.

+ **Business Statistics:** Knowledge of the statistical tools, processes, and practices to describe business results in measurable scales; ability to use statistical tools and processes to assist in making business decisions.

+ **Programming:** Knowledge of concepts and capabilities of programming; ability to use tools, techniques and platforms in order to write and modify code.

What Will Set You Apart:

+ **Machine Learning & AI:** Knowledge of principles, technologies and algorithms of machine learning and AI; ability to develop, implement and deliver related systems, products and services.

+ **6+ years of aftermarket and/or pricing experience**

+ **AWS Tools:** Experience with AWS cloud tools for big data. (EMR, Sagemaker, etc.)

+ **Location:** Peoria, IL; This position requires working onsite five days a week.

+ **Required Travel:** Travel may be up to 10%

Summary Pay Range:

$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
